Oracle Loans - Interest free loans

Hi All,
My client wants to setup interest free loans using Oracle Loans module. The scenario is like this

A loan is granted to a person for $100,000 for 5 years (60 months). The person repays only the interest from the first month and not the loan value.  The loan amount is repaid back on the 60 month along with the interest for the month.

Can anyone please tell me what is the best way to set this up using loan module? The only option i saw was loan amount not paid till the end of the first year.
