Unable to Access Data Managment in Workspace

Greetings All.

We just upgraded to Hyperion 11.1.2.3 and we are experiencing an issue with accessing Data Management through Navigate in Workspace. We recently applied the patch set 11.1.2.3.100 and related patches. When we try to access and launch data management we get  both an Invalid or could not find module configuration.Required application module aif.launch is not configured. Please contact your administrator error and a 503 error saying there was an issue with the Weblogic bridge and Apache bridge. We've restarted all services and insured IIS is started as well. Has anyone experienced this as of yet?

Version: 11.1.2.3.100 OS: MS 2008 R2 Database:MS SQL Server 2008 R2 :IE8
