How the Mac Financial setup will be transfered after upgrade

WE are using OPM in release 11

Now we need to upgrade

WE need to know in case the Mac financial still exists or it is replaced by SLA? in case it is replaced by SLA so the SLA will not be the standard one

The OPM inventory is transferred to discrete inventory? correct?
