Web ADI Journal Upload from Excel requires login even though already logged in to Oracle?

Hi,

Whilst recently undertaking the analysis and then installation/configuration of Web ADI & Report Manager, I had been under the impression that when uploading to Oracle from a Web ADI Excel template there should be no need to login if already logged in to Oracle Financials. However that is the issue that we are currently facing with our pilot users.

For example, a General Ledger Journal template has been created previously via the 'Create Document' menu option and saved to a network drive.  Later, the user opens the spreadsheet from the saved location, enters the relevant journal details and then selects the 'Upload' option from the Oracle add-in menu within Excel. Although they are already logged into Oracle, a box pops up requiring them to login again.  They enter their username/password, select the relevant responsibility and are then able to select the relevant upload parameters and do the upload.
