Error Note - Returning an item instance for an external party is not supported

Hi All,

Getting an Issue while saving the Logistics Line in Depot Repair. Iam using a External Customer and Repair & Return Type.

An Order with Return & Ship Line is expected. Getting the note "Returning an item instance for an external party is not supported". The error code in messages is CS_CHG_RTN_TO_EXT_PTY_NOT_SUP.This seems to be from CS modules.

Can anyone share how to overcome this ?
