Unable to See previous learnings

Hi Friends,

I have a requirement in OLM. One Employees has recently transferred from one BG to another BG. The employee status is an Ex-Employee in the previous BG. The employee number is changed in the new business group. The employee has completed some learning  paths in previous BG. Now he would like to see all previous learning's now.

Is there any possibility to view old learning history in the new business group.
