Deleting only inflight orders

Hi,

We are using OSM 7.2.0.4 build 1518.We need to delete the inprogress orders from OSM database by going through system adminstrator documnet we found that we can do that by executing a batch file orderPurge.

But when trying to run that we are getting error saying order purge failed salt store doesn't exist.please run encryptpasswords utility to generate a saltstore.

So we executed encrypt passwords batch file and the execution is successful but we are still getting the same error.

Kindly suggest a way to resolve this and please explain what a salt store is..
