Web ADI JOurnal Import not importing all records in the template and fialing with unbalanced journal

Hi,

We recently upgraded to R12.1.3 and since then users are facing unbalanced journal import error intermittantly/randomly.

the excel sheet/teamplate has balanced journals and on upload it is showing all "green" faces indicating all the journals are loaded, but some records are not getting inserted into GL Interface and hence the import is failing with un-balanced journals error (EU02)

any idea why this is happening? and any resolutions for the issue?
