Configuration of ASM ... failed - getting error in solaris 11

diskgroup is not mounting afer executing root.sh on solaris 11 sparc machine 

CRS-2672: Attempting to start 'ora.cssdmonitor' on 'node1'
CRS-2676: Start of 'ora.cssdmonitor' on 'node1' succeeded
CRS-2672: Attempting to start 'ora.cssd' on 'node1'
CRS-2672: Attempting to start 'ora.diskmon' on 'node1'
CRS-2676: Start of 'ora.diskmon' on 'node1' succeeded
CRS-2676: Start of 'ora.cssd' on 'node1' succeeded

Mounting Disk Group DATA failed with the following message:
ORA-15032: not all alterations performed
ORA-15017: diskgroup "DATA" cannot be mounted
ORA-15088: diskgroup creation incomplete


Configuration of ASM ... failed
see asmca logs at /u01/app/oracle/cfgtoollogs/asmca for details
