Moving database to another server

I need to move two 11.2.0.1 databases of size 1.3TB from Solaris environment to another similar environment. The 0 level incremental RMAN backup to tape takes about 10hrs to finish. How can i estimate the downtime and best options available for the move.Thanks in advance!
