Setting Elapsed periods with no Calendar wizard selection

Hi All,

Does anybody know if a way to set elapsed periods within a workbook when there is no wizard selection for that specific workbook.

I am currently working with a planning administration workbook which contains some week intersection measures and some not. We have the workbook building in the global domain with no wizard it is pulling in the complete calendar 2012 - 2017 and allowing those measures with week dimensions in them to be change historically.

We want the behaviour to be that the historic dates are all locked the same as when building a workbook with a calendar selection within the wizard.
