Not able to provide loan to a company in Oracle Loans module

Hi All,
I have couple of questions with respect to Oracle Loans module.

When i am clicking on the Create button in the Primary Borrower section for providing a loan its creating only a Person's name and not for an organization or company. How can the user create a customer of type Organization as a borrower?

Also if there is going to be change in the interest rate during the life of the loan, is it possible to change the interest globally for say 50 loans in the system?
