Tax obligations for interim

 How are you tracking your tax obligations on your interim payments before they are pulled through the workbench? We are having an issue that our taxes on our interim payments are being forgotten on the workbench and they are being cleared in the wrong quarter. We have a large payroll and were hoping there was an easier way to keep track besides doing it manually.
