Special instructions issues

Hi All,
I have installed multiple ESUs in E910 and I performed most of special instructions so far but there are some that concerns me because I can not complete them. Can you please assist? Is it normal behavior? I listed those special instructions below along with my questions - could you please take a look and advice?

 17013809   JM13977 - GH9619 is Post Install Menu - where can I find those reports?
                                             
Procedure:                                                  
1)Fast Path to GH9619.                                      
2)Select R4600T1 (Post install UBE for F4600T1 Data) UBE    
default version (XJDE0001).                                 
3)Click on Submit button.
