Synonyms not return records

Hi Everybody
After upgrade poduction instance (apps 12.1.3 and db 11.2.0.3) we are facing unusal behaivior of the synonyms
on  applications as Projects, Payroll, Payables, etc.
We have to do something to fix that behavior.
