Signing Business Service with a certificated not provided by client

Hello,
I need a process in Oracle Service Bus working like this: a client sends a request to the Proxy Service without any certificate, Proxy Service route to Business Service and Bussines Service calls an end-point signing with a certificate. This certificate is always the same and is not provided by client.

All I've found on OSB is telling the business to sign the call with a client certificate.

Is there any way to set the certificate within the OSB like you can do with a service account?

Any help will be apreciated
