Performance Tuning- Understanding AWR minutely to detect performance issues

Hi all ,

Does anyone has a good document or self prepared document, that analyzes awr report minutely in depth with some examples.

I have browsed though multiple documents but do not find a single document which explains the different sections in greater detail and quickly direct to the items impacting performance.

I am sure you have gained vast experience working on different performance issues, so probably your redirection into specific document can help gain some better understanding to delve futher.
