BI PUblisher 11 G : error to save report or to load data Model

Hello,
 After restarting all compoment  of OBII, i have an error when i open existing report  with :

java.io.IOException: Permission denied

when i create a new report, i have error 'Failed to save report'

I check right of directory, it's seem to be OK  (owner by oracle) :
