How may we gather the information regarding the changes.  The information is required to be presentd to the auditor.

the context auditors are referring here is as below:

We are looking for any key evidence that can provide comfort that the report logic, process logic or scripts had not been modified since our last testing.  Some example of evidence are:
- Screenshot of the logic or program used to a) generate the report OR b) execute the process from the production system, showing the last modified date of the program/script
