Unable to implement "Loaner, Repair and Return" process.

Hi,

We are newly implementing the process of "Loaner, Repair and Return" in Depot Repair module(version is 11.5.10.2). In the "Repair types" setup, I have setup the fields as

Business Process:Service Returns for Depot

Repair Mode:Work In Process

Pre-repair

             RMA:Return for Repair - JAX

             Ship:Ship Repaired Item - JAX

Post-repair:

            RMA:Return for Repair - JAX

            Ship:Ship Repaired Item - JAX

Enabled "Automaticcaly Enter and Book RMA" button.

But when we save the repair order, it is asking "Receive by date" and after we have given the date, the 4 lines(Return,Ship,return and Ship) are getting created with Order fields as Blank.
