11.2.0.3 ,RAC Database not comming after being created using DBCA on AIX

Hi All,

11.2.0.3 ,RAC Database not comming after being created using DBCA on AIX .There are other DB's running on this Cluster and they are running without any issues.

When creating DB using DBCA it stops at 85% and throws errors like :

PRCR-1079 : failed to start Resource

CRS-2674 start of " *.db " on Node1 Failed

CRS-0267-Human Intervention Required to resume its avilability.

I tried dropping the DB and recreating it ,unregistered and registered it but still the issue persists.Oracle says its a bug but i am looking for a Work around.
