Brazil Localization/Electronic Nota Fiscal (NFe) : Is there an Oracle software/application that can

No, there is not. Currently,  if you are running JD Edwards World  version A9.2 or version A9.3 and want  to use the Electronic Nota Fiscal (NFe) process, you have to use a third party application to sign the NFe xml and transmit it through the internet because neither the Electronic Signature nor the Web Services Communication feature is available in our software.
JD Edwards Enterprise One application recently added the Web Services feature to their Electronic Nota Fiscal (NFe) solution.
