How to enable sysadmin user email?

in Technology Stack - EBS (MOSC) Question
We are using ebs version 12.1.3

Currently sysadmin user email is set to disabled and the workflow analyzer identified that there are currently 400 error notifications assigned to the sysadmin user. How can I enable the sysadmin user email or just simply setup the email notification to sent to myself? Gurus, please advise. Thank you very much.

The error notifications are in the attached screen.
