Recovering without a ControlFile

Dear Experts, 

   Could some one outline the steps to recover the database(Complete crash, lost all the DB files, SP File, ControlFile, Online Redo Logs) as there is a Disk crash. This is a QA instance and our DB backups strategy is not very stringent. We have a Full backup taken couple of weeks ago to my relief, however found that it doens nt have the Control File backup. 

  Could someone please help me out in this case.
