Create Case Display Template - Guided Three Step Process for Self-Service

Does anyone know where in display templates we can configure the Helpdesk Self-Serivce page to go in a "Guided three-step process for self-service users" instead of one long Self-Service form in order to create a Case?

According to the relase notes:

Case Creation Process The redesigned case creation process is a simplified user interface through which self-service users can create cases. Instead of showing all case fields on a single page, the new process allows organizations to design the form for ease-of-use for their particular business case. Leveraging the display template setup, the administrator can configure multiple steps for the case creation process. He or she can specify the fields that will be displayed on each page and a description of each step.
