OAF page on r12.1.3

 Hello, 

I am in the process of building an OAF application from scratch for r12.1.3 environment.     And below are steps I followed.

 

1. Created OA work space and Project,

2. Created Entity Objects and Business Components from table

3. Created View Objects

4. Create a Page

 

I am stuck at #4, when I right click on the Project>>new>>web tier>>OA components, the Page options remains grayed out.   And, that is why I can not create Page.

 

any idea why its doing this? What am I missing? Please advise?
