Attachment Not Defau,ting from Activity routing to WO post upgrade to 12.1.3

Hi Guys ,

We have recently upgraded to 12.1.3. post upgrade attachemnts from Activity Routing Header and Activity routing Operations are not defaulting on to the work order , I am creating WO manually . Has any one faced a similar problem ?
