How accounting happens when bank statement and payables are manually reconciled with different amoun

Hi All,

We are in version 12.1.2 and implementing Cash Management.

We are manually reconciling bank statement lines with payments, where bank statment amout and payments does not match.

I will explain with a scenario. Payment is $2000 and bank statement line is $2100. After reconciling both manually, accounting happens in Payables for $2000 only.

The difference $100 has to be accounted(in AP/CE), else there will be mismatch between Oracle Cash Account and Bank Closing Balance.

How this difference $100 is accounted? Any configuration or SLA setup needed to account this?

In worst cases, any workaround available?

Howdy, Stranger!
