Unable to calculate the Tax for one Operating Unit

 Hello Friends                   I'm unable to calculate the Tax for one Operating Unit. I have checked the Tax manager it looks fine. when i am creating the Invoice for that Particular operating unit it is not even calculating Tax and it is not showing the list of values in the Tax Details Tax in payables.
What will be the reason.
