Status LOV does not contain any value while creating a non-routine request

Hi ,
I am trying to create a non-routine request but Status LOV does not contain any value.I have checked all the setups and lookup values but unable to find any thing, would appreciate if any one can help me in this regard.

Navigation : -> Planning -> Unit Maintenance Plan -> Non- Routines
