OTL: Overtime Handling for Puerto Rico

Hi All,

There are unique government mandated time policy requirements where the Overtime component is calculated on a rolling 24 hour period in Puerto Rico.

Please let me know if anyone has handled this requirement. If yes, please update if this feature is in-built in Oracle (OTL) or it needs any separate patches etc.
