Organisation Merge:Access Control

Hi,

We have two Organisation on single database.As both Organisation have similar functions, would now like to merge data for Accounts which must bring in both Orgs Account -Contacts and Account-Activities. What are possible approaches for below business case to achieve the scenario.

Business Case: Two separate Organisation, capture Corporate Accounts/Contacts and related Activities sepearately in same Siebel database.However, they sell their own individual product.Data is currently separated by Access controls,Responsibilites.
