Siebel Upgrade Path 8.1.1.1/3 to Siebel 8.1.1.11

Support,
I've 1 client with 2 separate instances of Siebel on 8.1.1.1 and 8.1.1.3. They are looking at upgrading their Siebel instance to lates Siebel 8.1.1.11 (IP2013). For the 2 Siebel instances, what is the upgrade path to Siebel 8.1.1.11? Please elaborate further on the steps required if it is a multi-step upgrade.
