How is the best an easiest way to add % on frozen cost for packaging?

Hi all,

I read a few posts for that but, perhaps somebody know a very basic and helpful way to do that!

I understand that is better to add the packaging items in the BOL but, sometime we don't know in advance which boxes, tapes, pallets etc. will be used to complete the WO!
