Can we bring up ASM and databases using the copied LUNS using snapmirroring and flexclone

 I appreciate visiting this page. We are moving the RAC ASM database DB-1 from the data center, DC-X to data center, DC-Y.

We do not have any RMAN or any other backup.

Data LUNSs are copied using SNAP Mirroring and FLEXClone. LUN path names at destination side will be different from the source side. I am giving the naming convention changes scenario below.

 

At the destination side the data is available only as LUN backups which are copied by SAN team members at the source side.

After the completion of the backups, destination site has the followings in place.
