Unable to implement "Advance Exchange" in DTR

Hi,

We are trying to implement "Advance Exchange" in DTR module. But the logistics lines are not creating automatically(enabled Automatically enter and book RMA).  But we are using the same service activities in Exchange  here we  can able to do the Exchange and correspondingly the logistics lines are created automatically .

Dont know the reason for the same.. Please kindly suggest is there any other setups which we need to do from DTR.
