Minimum patch requirements and patch wizard

 Hi,

Apps 11.5.10.2

Customer would like know the patches they need to meet minimum requirements for extended support.

Patch Requirements for Extended Support of Oracle E-Business Suite Release 11.5.10 [Note 883202.1]

Identified several patches from this that MAY be needed.
ACT/RDA output does not tell 
11i.WSH.J
11i.GL.K 
11i.IBY.Q
etc., which is not useful to tell whether patches listed in note 883202.1

In stead of running scripts to check tables, ad_bugs, ad_applied_patches
to check if the patches are applied, is there a better way to check if min requirements are met or not.  Can patch wizard be help in this respect?
