We refreshed CRPCTL from PROD few months ago.  I checked record counts (F0082, F00821, F0083, F0084) and they are the same for both environments.  What could have caused a missing menu item in the TEST environment? Security setting is centralized. We are on E91, TR 9.1.2 red stack (RHEL).
