Invalid Combination of Project and Task

Hi !

 A issue resurfaced recently in our Internet Expense Report. It  has to  do with allowing the user to select "Project" and "Task when a specific expenditure type is selected. Previously if you code a project and task in the Internet Expense Report and use the expense type "Vehicle Fuel" or "Vehicle Repair" it should give the employee and error when it is submitted. Using a project number with Vehicle Fuel or Vehicle Repairs is not allowed so when an employee does this the report should automatically be rejected. Now it is changing the coding and letting the Internet Expense Report
