Batch enrollment (not working) vs. enrollment with eligibility (working)
I'm trying to enroll employees into a plan using batch enrollment, and the enrollments simply aren't happening. If I go to enrollment with eligibilty and choose the same plan for an employee and submit the job to elect the plan, the enrollment works with no problem. In the batch enrollment processing options I specify the category and plan (there are no plan options). The only data selection I use is benefit status not equal to blanks and I specify the benefit group. Are there things I need to change in the processing options, or things I need to check on the plan master?
