ICM shutdown -- how to verify and troubleshoot it

Hi All,

we have 3 app servers and shuting down ICM takes 20min and sometime we need to abort the CM with cmctl.sh abort or to manually kill the processes at OS level.

Is there any easier way to check in the Database table about the status of the CM. Also suggest if there is any way we can actually bring down the ICM in quick time.
