Pay register, R073012, displays incorrect hourly pay rate.

We have an employee in which the pay register, R073012, is consistently using a lower hourly pay rate than appears in the F060116 and the F060118.  Where is the ergister obtaining the pay rate?  Is there an employee overide configuration we're missing?

Reviewing further, the F060119 (Employee Jobs History File) reflects the incorrect hourly rate of pay.
