ATP Global Availability with Collected Data

 We are using collected data for ATP.  We source most of our product from overseas vendors and would like to have an org setup for our overseas location and then the org for our stateside warehouse.  To move product between these orgs, we would like to use in-transit shipments (without internal sales orders and purchase orders).  As part of this process we would like ATP to see that if we request for a product to be shipped from our stateside org, it would take into account any inventory, purchase orders, requisitions etc in the overseas org (with appropriate lead times) as potential
