Service Request - Product Information
In a Service Request I need to display the product category for the product selected.
Our products have been imported and are visable through the SR-Pick List Product field and through Admin > Content Management > Product Catalog. Each product has a category associated with it.
Does anyone know if there is a way to display the category onto the SR screen after a product has been selected from the Pick List? I could probably do it with a new field though Work Flow but I'd rather have it happen real time if possible.
