Cheers, we just went live yesterday with oracle advance benefits. WE are having users complaining that they are getting row lock error when trying to update their information. this is crictical in production and must be solved asap.

error: the current row is locked caused: you are trying to lock a row ben_prtt_enrt_rslt_f table is which is currently being locked by another user. Action requery the attempt to lock the row again
