Patch 12706157 failure

Hi,
Apps 11.5.10.2

Patch 12706157  is failing.  It has several pre req patches.
Support checked and they seemed to have all the pre reqs in place.

AutoPatch error:
ERROR [code=1] Running adjopy.class

AutoPatch error:
Error updating master archive
An error occurred while Updating Oracle Applications Java files if necessary.
Continue as if it were successful [No] : No

You should check the file
/u11/oratest/testappl/admin/TEST/log/12706157USA.log

During patch received: Error [Code=1] Running Adjopy.Class (Doc ID 397480.1)
11i: "Running adjopy.class ERROR: Unable to create success file" Error When Using ADPatch (Doc ID 1465401.1)

Customer says.. It is the same error: Removed apps.cmd.
