Is there any way to automatically assign the claim to collector defined in Customer profile.

Is there any way to automatically assign the claim (overpayment/Deduction created in AR) to collector defined in Customer account/site profile.

I tried defining Territory type in Territory management but there is no Collector attribute availabe. I can see only customer profile, customer Name, Sales channel etc.
