Sales Terrirtories as Qualifiers

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
  1.Create territory structure in CRM Administrator that includes a customer as a Qualifier. Assign this Sales territory as a  = qualifier on modifier header
   2. Then create an order that is eliigible for the modifier in question  and see that it doesn't apply to Sales Orders.

Created Discount list modifier.

    With the Qualifier

    grouping number-->1
    Qualifier context-->territories
    Qualifier   attribute->Sales territories
    OPerator ='='
    Value from " GEA Sales Pricing"'

    With 1 line with the line level adjustments for all Items
 
    Ran the QP:Build attribute mapping rules.
    QP: Maintains the denormalized data in QP Qualifiers
