RDA - changed row position but still printing as if it was not modified

I repositioned row or lines in one of our custom financial reports within the same sub group by dragging an existing row after another existing row. I saved the changes, I cleared DD specs in my test environment and ran the version LOCALLY.

The output came out but I wasn't seeing the row change I did.  Please help advise if there will be additional steps or process to clear to get the change done and proceed with my LOCAL testing.
