Created a new cost center rollup. Added it to User to Value security. Republished reports for the current month. However the new cost center does not show in the expansion value parameter. If run the report for 'All' can see the new rollup cost center in the contents of the report, but you cannot choose to run the report by that rollup cost center, because it is not in the expansion value list.
